Difference between public and private and hybrid cloud,
Cloud computing is entirely based of the internet. Simply we can say,
Cloud computing is the delivery of computing services like servers, storage, database, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence over the internet (“cloud”) to offer faster innovation, flexible resources, and economics of scale.”
Basic premise of cloud computing is delivery of computing services over the internet. and there are different ways to deploy cloud resources. Those are Public cloud, Private cloud, Hybrid cloud. These three are provide similar benefits, including cost-effectiveness, performance, reliability and scale. And the deployment you choose, based on your business.
For better understand let’s take a quick review about difference between public and private and hybrid cloud,
What is a Public cloud?

Public clouds are the most common way of cloud computing. When we talk about cloud computing. Most of people think about public cloud. First this started out as applications hosted over the internet. but today, cloud resources are owned and operated by a third part vendor.
In public cloud, all the hardware, software and other supporting infrastructure are owned and manage by the cloud provider. And you share the same hardware, storage and network devices with other cloud users.
Advantages of public cloud:
Lower costs – You only pay for the service you use
No maintenance – maintenance handle by cloud provider
Near- unlimited scalability – resources are available to meet your needs
High reliability
What is Private cloud?

When we talk about private cloud. The private cloud can be Physically located at your organization’s data center or it can be hosted by a third-party service provider. The services and infrastructure are always maintained on a private network and the hardware and software are only belongs to your organization.
Organizations can customize resources and requirements of their cloud. The main benefit of private cloud is that gives you more control over security, data privacy and compliance. Other organizations can not access to this cloud because this cloud has a secure environment.
Advantages of private cloud
More flexibility – Your organization can customize its cloud environment to meet specific needs.
Improved security – resources are not shared with others
High scalability – Private cloud offers scalability and efficiency of a public cloud
What is Hybrid Cloud?

Hybrid cloud is a solution that combines a private cloud with third party public cloud service, with software enabling communication between each service. Hybrid cloud give businesses greater control over their private data
For an example, storing my data in my private cloud while running my app in the public cloud.
Advantages of public cloud:
Scalability – Almost unlimited due to on-demand cloud resources.
Lower capital expenditure – You don’t need to purchase all your own data center equipment.
Reliability – Due to services distributed across multiple data centers.
